TURNAROUND TIME -

Please note that every item you see on the site is an example, and your item will be custom made to order with your choices. This goes for clothing and accessories. I keep nothing in stock! This means a 2-3 week period must be allowed for your item(s) to be created. It usually takes much less than this, but it's just a general estimate. If you need your items by a certain time please contact me to inquire about rush orders. Fees may apply.

Be warned that most fabrics offered are in stock, some of them I order when you order. Because of this, your choice may at some points be out of stock or back ordered. Don't worry though, I'll let you know and we'll work out other choices or options for you.

All shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are a flat rate and are as follows...

U.S - $5.00
Canada - $11.00
Anywhere Else - $13.00

Orders over $100 get free shipping!

I will always ONLY ship to the listed shipping address with your Paypal account. It's their rules, and it's the best/safest way to do it that keeps everyone involved protected. Please make sure that address is correct, as I can't be held responsible for any lost packages.

RETURNS -

Dismantled Fashions does NOT accept returns or exchanges, sorry!

It's very important you know your exact measurements when ordering and compare them to the size chart, do not go off a generalized rack sizing. My size chart system may not be the same, and therefore my items won't fit you properly. So save the hassle and whip out that tape measure!

There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on custom sized items or any type of custom designs!

Dismantled Fashions will never ever and I mean never sell or share your private information. You can feel confident that only I will see your unmentionables and will only use them for your order, and that's it.

Don't worry, no spam mail from us. The mailing list is used only to let you know about coupons, sales, and new things. This is sent at the most, once a week. Unsubscribe anytime you want.

SOME MORE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

What forms of payment do you accept?
Paypal is the preffered method of payment. You can pay with any major credit card or your Paypal balance, and it's absolutely secure. You can still pay with a credit card through Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account. Quickest and easiest method!

Money orders are also accepted, ONLY IF YOU ARE IN THE UNITED STATES! International orders must use Paypal. Personal checks and cash will not be accepted! And, because of recent problems of not being able to get my bank to cash anything for some reason, US Postal Money Orders Only!. Pick one up at the post office, it's easy and cheap. Please make all money orders out to Emily Watson, or they will have to be returned to you.


Do you take custom orders?
Yes, I'm open to do anything you have in mind. Contact me with your ideas and we'll talk to see if it can be done.

What about plus sizes?
Sure do curvy babes! Everything is available in up to 2X, and some things in 3X. If you need something bigger, contact me and we can see if it is possible.


Why do some of bigger sizes cost more?
Simply put, I have to use more fabric on some styles if it's bigger than a large, so I have to charge a little bit more.


What are the care instructions?
It is definitely recommended that you handwash and lay to dry all Dismantled Fashions items to insure they last a long time.


What kind of material do you use? Do they stretch?
All of the prints are 100% cotton unless otherwise noted, and all solids are stretch twill or regular twill, depending on availability. The cottons do not stretch much, so please don't bank on a lot of give when choosing your size. The twills do have some stretch. If you prefer something, just let me know.


Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, I love wholesale! Currently I'm only interested in doing wholesale with brick and mortar stores or well established online stores. Contact me for details/pricing.
